Just heard us and Bradford have been found guilty. Hearing at 5pm to decide our punishment.

It says on the bbc website that our case is being heard today and Bradford's is being heard at a later date. It also says that cas hull wakey and saints have been found guilty of minor breaches. cas and wakey have been cautioned and saints and hull have been fined £5000

a breach is a breach no matter how minor £1 over is as bad as £20 000 over rule broken

If we are relegated as a consequence, we should take the RFL to court. And whoever oversaw this breach should resign in disgrace.

the penalty can be a fine and upto 6 pts reduction ,4 clubs have allready been in and had a slap on the wrist and nothing reported ,wigan go in and all the press arrive , if the rest have had a slap so will we or we will see you in court >just proves the press dont give a poo about any 1 else so didnt report anything ,but wigan come along and guess what more papers sold, dont give me the bull that the rugby league dont need wigan .the press do so do the rfl

So, St. Helens get a minor fine for their second breach of the rules in 3 years! Doesn't look like they have any desire to comply.

I wonder if their investigation into us is anything to do with taking players in and out of the 20/20 restriction last season. If so, they knew about it over 12 months ago! I can't believe with the standard of squad we had last season that we have over spent.
