He played a solid game but again no go forward or creative play what so ever.
Also IMO he gave the ball way too early to Calderwood and allowed Raynor the option to give chase, if he had committed Raynor to the tackle Calderwood may have scored.
No creative play? Didn't we score from one of his grubber kicks? In our previous home game didn't he give a superb quick pass to free Calderwood, resulting in a try?
I wonder sometimes what people expect from him. Thankfully, people with genuine knowledge of the game see him for what he is.You will not find a pro coach anywhere who doesn't rate him. BTW he signed a new 2 yr deal yesterday, so we can look forward to lots more inaccurate, biased posts from you.

It’s a pity some people can’t accept other peoples opinions like grown ups and feel they must try to insult others because of it.
If you feel insulted, tough. Get over it. I have read 3 posts from you on Lockers, DV and McAvoy wherein you have slagged them all off. That might be your opinion but you are wrong about Lockers at least. If you can't understand why probably the best coach in the world plays him constantly for the full 80 you know nothing about the game. He could name his price at any Superleague club and most in Aus. I was talking about him with a coach from another club recently and he was raving about him, as has IM and Nobby. Do you really think you know better?

Lockers played really well and I am glad he's staying but I still don't think he should be captain. Mr Fielden should be captain next season.
think mr fletcher could have something to say about that ,didnt want it last season as he wanted to earn the players respect think hes got that now :eh:
