I do Rugby training 2 times a week
Gym 3 times a week
Play rugby on Sunday

Um, don't ask me. I also need to lose weight but in my case it's more to do with exercise than dieting.

And anyway, at 12 stone 3 I'm a lightweight compared to most of you lot!

So we have Fraggle on the Wings, mike covering centre/fullback/halfbacks and an articulated lorry in the centre of the pitch (commonly known as a forward pack)
