It must be hard for a player coming into a "top four" club from a relatively non-achieving club and being expected to take to the team like a duck to water. He has already had 3 different half-back partners already this year! There are other players under-achieving such as Radlinski but you don't hear any1 critising him, do you? Give Danny a break, I'm telling you, he'll come good when we need him.
P.S. bring back Robinson from Cas, the robinson/orr combination is one for many trophies!
I agree. He should be given a chance. He tries his best every week and is always trying to raise players when we are losing. He is one of the best tacklers in our side and can make some good breaks. We havent seen the best from him yet but i think it will come. Remember when Craig Smith wasnt performing and now he's come good.
If you ask me it should be Lammy who needs to pull his socks up at the moment. Either that or bring back robbo.
The place we are losing games is around the ruck in defense, and the kicking game in offense. Once we get that right we'll be pushing for top two places like the back-end of last year.
Also thank god Aspers is back with Brown being injured because they are the only centres trhat seem capable of scoring tries!
It must be hard for Orr and he isn't fitting in as we would have liked him to. The pressure on him is forcing mistakes and his kicking game is nowhere near as good as we know it can be from his Cas performances. There are a few flashes of skill but they are very few and far between.
Farrell, Newton and Brown for me are the only consistently good players in our squad, on the other hand Orr is the only consistent under-performer. Players like Radlinski and Lam have had some good and bad games, I'd have thought Radlinskis many try saving tackles would have held him high regard though.
Does no-one think it would make sense to take some of the pressure of him by interchanging him with Brown, Lam or O'Loughlin at either half back position when availability permits?
i no does anyone else think lammy is getting a bit too big for his boots and not doing anything for the side.hes seems to not be playing as well and not trying to me. although he has alot more experience i think luke tries alot hard and puts everthing into his game!
lammy plz pull ur socks up or get lukey boy bak!!
Orr is a great player and should be let where he is he is growing more in confidence with us as the games go by and it must be hard coming from a team where you are there main play making kicker and captain...keep it up Orr your certainly getting there.
