ot Diet starts monday

slipped up today i was on a course with all meals paid so i had sandwiches and chips. I feel really upset at my self now.

you big let down ,salad for tea and put an extra 2 miles on your run.im waiting for my coq au vin ,dont know what it is but lets wait and sea just had a plum whilst i wait in stead of crisp or biscuits.Been so good and feel great drink your 2 litres of water as well

i have been drinking two litres a day but cant sleep at night coz up and down to the toilet.

Went to McDonalds for tea last night, had a white Magnum for supper and am eating any junk food I can get my hands on, I will gain those 6 lbs and make my ideal weight.

Why dont you find out you BMI (body mass index) and post them.

this can normally shock people.

and even though you are loosing weight for yourselves, £1 punishment for charity per pound wont be enough why dont you make it £10 then you cannot afford to not loose it! lol
