Im doing Great Going to Asda tonight getting a bit a lettice and a few tomatos for my Dinner n stuff mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm (not exactly pies though)

At my works we all get weighed weekly. we pay 50p and the person who's lost most each month gets the kitty at the end. If you put on it's 10p per lb on.
Why not do that and put the kitty to an agreed charity.
Can I be your scrum half.

I do. I stood on a speak your weight machine the other week, and it went "GET OFF! GET OFF! GET OFF!"

Seriously, though, I could do with losing it, but I just haven't got the will power. Tried and failed many, many times.

hi all, forogt to come online after my weigh in last night, but i lost a pound n half. so im now a pound and half away from losing 2 stone . i go to tenerife in 3 weeks though so it'll all be going back on lol!

Just about to put some fish in the oven and some broccoli colly and sprouts to go with it. Been snacking on carrot sticks instead of chocolate and crisps. i feel great ( :conf: )

I read something in the mirror this morning a guy lost 22stone and if he never slimmed out he died

im thinking of following his diet this is mine now
Brekfast: Apple and orange juice

Dinner: Lettice and Tomato buttey with a apple, pear and a banna and to wash it down 500ml of water

Tea : Any NOrmal meal.... If you wait 20 mins after your meal before your desert you wont feel like any desert... try it

But that guy lost 1 stone in 2 week!

had a bad night thursday went playing pool and had a few pints ,im told i should change to vodka and diet coke and advice on alcohool in take whats best and whats worst ,apart from that doing fine ,having cornflakes instead of bacon and sausage and eating loads of fruit and yes that water dosnt half send you to the loo
