im guessing 2,000 wiganers to go.

graywaywill probably see the business and take 2 or 3 coaches up. Trains are not that good to get to whitehaven, especially on a sunday. Today i went to ulverston and the last stop was barrow... but there is a seperate line from barrow upto whitehaven(where you ask the conductor when you want to stop the train). the best way probably is by road, either upto penrith and across through keswick and cockinmouth or get off near kendal and go across towards barrow and up past 3 headed seagull land. quite a trek but good drive

There are no trains between Barrow and whitehaven on a sunday so your better off on bus or by car

Stop moaning you girl, I used to come from 'Haven each week, home and away, it's dead on 200 miles to Hull you know!

I'd take the M6 upto Penrith (J40) if I were you, it's a lot much easier drive then getting off at J36 and contending with all them bends and fell roads. There seem to be a high proportion of lorries on there too considering the type of roads.
