Heard this in the Plough

Shevvy approached Mike Binder to play centre in their reserves, division 5 or somert similarly bad of NWCounties. Anyway, you know Mike, they filled him with pints and then produced the registration form for him to sign. At this point, somebody said with Binder and Vaelekki int team will get promotion. Alas, Mike spat a full pint out (he downs em in one go does our Jocky Wilson lookalike) and cried you must be fin jokin. I'd rather play for Saints that partner that cart horse. So Mike is still available (12 Pints and a packet of pork scratchins per match) and Shevvy reserves only have 1 player because thus far everybody has refused to play with DV.

Psychos gran will confirm the validity of the above
