ticket charges

just bought family season ticket 2 adults one child, price 413 pounds, when i paid i was charged 2 50 per person is this legal. for using visa booked flights with easyjet for 10 people only one charge.

Almost certainly legal, and if you buy event tickets from a company like Ticketmaster it's exactly the same. Whether it's ethical is a different matter. I think it should be one charge per transaction, not a charge per ticket, but I suppose that's how the ticketing agencies make their money. If you buy 100 tickets but only pay £2.50 admin charge, then they're not going to make any money. 100 tickets with £2.50 each time will help them cover their costs.

You should have paid by cheque. Doesn't cost anything.

Its worse than eBay wherever you go.

Online tickets for wigan last year had a £1.50 charge.

no problems if you ask me, admin and stuff.

You need to remember that when a supplier accepts a credit card payment, he's charged a percentage by the card company.
