Free season ticket

The Warriors are also fast approaching last year’s record total sales of 8,212, and to celebrate breaking that record they are offering a free season ticket to the person who buys season ticket number 8,213.
I suppose there are two ways of looking at this.
1, What about all the people that were buying tickets early at the JJB on the early bird scheme. It seems a little unfair that someone who has waited so long to get a ticket will be rewarded with a free one.
2, It's good that the club is recognising our continued support with the offer of a free season ticket for 1 lucky punter.

I agree , I carn't see stains having this problem would only sell half a dozen (thats seven in st helens) if it wasn't for good promotion

Im still in line to be the 8,213th...#hopefully, on saturday the timing will be correct and the missus will be £100 up

It is neither 1 nor 2.

It is good marketing to do this and may encourage a few more people to try and become the 8,213th season ticket holder. Hence more season tickets for the club.

It is quite common for this sort of thing to happen.

What are they going to do for the 10,000th! (he says hopefully).
