Pryce showed a very poor desire to return the ball against Leeds , waiting for the chase to come to him . A man his size returning the ball at speed should take 3 men out the chase leaving space for Piggy or Mike at the play the ball.
IMO pryce has showed very little appetite to sieze the chance he has been given .Has scored a good few tries most of them handed on a plate , none through his own flair .
Amos at the back and Daryl and Pat out wide for me.

I don't like to dis our own players but the big man doesn't show any heart for me and I completely agree with what you say. Everyone has been bouncing up and down about the number of tries he has scored but the ones at Wrexham even I could have managed them. I want him to do well as he could be awesome but the desire just does not seem to be there. Give Goulding his place back PDQ before Huddersfield tempt him back over there :exc:

Only because they were kicking to him (or rather, away from Pat & Amos) all the time.

In addition the ball went left twice as much as it went right.

That has always been our best back 3 and it has been shown to be our best back 3 throughout the season. Obviously Maguire didnt want to play Roberts at full back last week which is understandable in his first game back due to the extra demands. However when Roberts is at full fitness he will definitely play there with Goulding on the right wing and Pat on the left.

So is Roberts in the squad or not? Phelps was put down but he played in the reserves (and got injured) so would that mean Roberts can be called in? Either him or someone else into the 19

A coach can make changes to the 19 man squad usually if a player is injured but I have seen squads change without injury, so Roberts could be called into the squad especially since there is some debate as to whether Ben Davies is actually eligible to play.

No debate on Davies now, I had a phone call from the club today confirming his eligibility.
