As somebody said earlier, the sooner the Club rubbishes this 'story' the better.

Hopefully media down under are more in the picture than here in UK.

The Bunnies were early favourites to snare Bennett for 2012 when it emerged late last year the seven-time premiership winner would not be extending his stay at the Dragons.
Crowe has made no secret of his desire to lure the master coach, but he went quiet on the subject in January.
It was believed the Rabbitohs had turned their attentions to Wigan coach Michael Maguire.
However, the former Melbourne assistant coach indicated this week he would remain in the UK and there were rumours the Bunnies had simply been trying to throw people off the scent of their desire for Bennett.

I'd say there is more chance of Wayne Rooney signing for our beloved Blues!

Hopefully we'll soon get a clearer picture of the situation regarding the Souths coaching position as Wayne Bennett has confirmed that he's made his decision about where he'll be coaching next season.

Apparently it's between Newcastle & Souths as the Broncos have already confirmed that he won't be returning there.

Gordon Bennett if all these rumours don't get nipped in the bid and fast Madge will be pleading for his P45 to get away from all this madness
Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Noooooooooooooo!!

Eddie and Stevo would have had a news flash bulletin on by now if this was true. News like this could never be kept underwraps!!!

Bet this has started because of the speculation last week and the poor result this weekend! Someone will have said bet they sack him and he goes now, and the next person will have taken it as red!
