Mayfair now have details up - £35 for coach or £65 for train.

Edit

Club coaches £36 (£35 for members). Parking on Heinz carpark. Guess you pays your money and takes your choice.

Club coaches look easier option but guessing they will be dry.

www.thetrainline.com has tickets from Manchester Piccadilly to Euston for £38 which includes a London Underground day travelcard.
