I agree that his relationships with staff and players does effect his judgement.
He has brought some brilliant talent through the youth system but sometimes you e got to realise sometimes that there just not good enough and there might be better options elsewhere
I agree but I would have preferred "stupid" to "stubborn "
I used to cringe when CP went on and on about SW but now I recognise ,dare I say, his wisdom

Yes CP used to go on but, dare I say it, he knew the score? I've been saying SW should go for a couple of seasons amongst my circle of cohorts.
I got asked a couple of months ago how can you sack a guy that wins trophies?
He got lucky last year, don't think the lads played to plan starting at Wire and got on a roll. Prior to last year the last win was 2013 with the double.
Heard he's got personal problems from a couple of sources, to which I empathise, however no room for sentiment I'm afraid.
Sorry.

Yeah my bad, stupid would be a better word to describe him.
Wane reminds me of Roy Hodgson when he managed Liverpool, full of crap and has an answer for everything(excuses).

Not you as well SJ. Wane is anything but stupid and CP's obsession with getting weak minded people to agree with him was just plain embarrassing.

Whether he stays or goes is between him and the club. Bitter vitriolic attacks on his character and nature on an open forum is just plain wrong.

We need some team changes and I would
like that carried out by a new coach.
Can we get the right man though?. The
money is tight, we can't keep chopping
and changing like Lindsay did.

Sadly, yes but I'd also settle for a change in coaching set up. An attacking coach would be a start and we have struggled since we lost Harris?

Harris and Deacon have obviously been sorely missed and i'm not convinced the injuries are down to just bad luck and maybe the conditioning regime needs looking at

If we got a world class attack coach they would only be in for weekly bollockings for trying to come away from Waneball

What are the reasons that Deacon/Harris haven't been replaced - cost or arrogance perhaps? Thought that conditioning was rated highly but maybe needs reviewing.
