I can see my other season tickets in my 'network' and it's says I can allocate them tickets and they can allocate them to me, but don't know how to allocate the SF tickets to the one account, any ideas Josie???
When you go on to your account, obviously sign in.

Click on to the little icon of a man in your top right hand corner

At the bottom it will have View Your Account menu click on that

When the next page opens, it has the headings Ticketing & underneath that Account Management

Click on Account Management when the next window opens click on Network it should then open up a page with your network members. Just to the right it should have Add Members You then fill in the season ticket holders details. Membership number & surname.

Hope this helps

As the website tells us "it's quicker to get your tickets online" except of course it isn't if you want you own seats before 5pm on Monday. I Just spent two hours ten on the phone to secure our tickets. Started at number 28 in the queue. The ticket office will be closed tomorrow and Sunday. If you can't get to the ground I'd be wary about waiting on the phone unless you're well down (or is it up?) the queue when you start. You may be better sitting with your laptop/phone ready at 5pm on Monday and grabbing your seats quickly when they all come on general sale. Assuming that the system doesn't crash you should be fine, What could go wrong?
You can book your own seats (if you are a season ticket holder) online by logging into your account, it has my seat already reserved in my account, I am just struggling to book one of my other seats as I want to change it to an adult ticket instead of a childrens one, but it just keeps giving me an error message.
I think you will need to wait until general sale or go to ticket office Monday

I am a season ticket holder and want to secure my normal seat in E6, TM wants to put me on the back row, I want my usual seat so I opted to select from the site map option, no good it's showing my seat as unavailable as is the case with the bulk of the seats in the east stand. Am I wrong or have season ticket holders got priority until 5pm on Monday?
Bloody nightmare.
You need to log in to your account see my reply on previous post to WarriorWinger

I'm in exactly the same boat. I can get to that log-in page, my email addy is there, and put in the password, and log-in, but nevertheless that doesn't seem to relate to me as a STH, so, like eaststandspy, I can't select my own seat, it's greyed out. I was taking it for granted the ticket office would be open on Saturday, but if it's not... :x

Might be a bit of an obvious one, but are you using the same account linked to your season ticket?

That's the problem; I don't think it is linked. Not for the first time, I'm finding this a right PITA.

We have the worst ticket office that I can remember. Ever.

The other week I was queuing for 25 mins to get tickets before kick off - I was on the last minute (very long story).

About 10 mins before kick off, half the ticket sellers decided to leave their seats and go into the back. Leaving a longish queue of bewildered and increasingly annoyed people. They returned en masse about 6 or 7 mins later. Suffice to say I wasn't the only one who missed the start.

The service is terrible, the technology Third World. - I can get contactless on my phone but the ticketing systems seemingly cannot cope.

Add to this the rudeness and general attitude of the staff....

Hopeless.

Next time I am in a similar situation, ( it sometimes happens on a Thurs/Fri through work) I just won't bother. I would rather miss the match than go through that stress fest.

The same thing happened to me today, drove there after work and got to the ticket office at 4.55, to find a queue of 5/6 people.
Joined this queue but a message was passed to me, not by staff members but by others ahead of me in the Q telling me not to join it, but to go away as they weren’t accepting any more costumers.
There was just 1 window open and this with a deadline of Monday with full closure over the weekend. A shocking way to treat their fans and customers, terrible example of shoddy customer service.
Our owner is a billionaire so surely he could afford to have just, say, one more member of staff to service their fans/customers at a peak time for say, the final hour of the day ?
I was seething at this less than acceptable customer service and feel sorry for anyone else turning up after I left, especially making the effort to get there after work.
Sorry for the rambling post !

Let’s be fair and honest here all season long,in regards to the ticketing Wigan have crapped over the fanbase, the “we know better so shut up” proclamation from Radlinski frankly grated on me for club that goes on about how important the fans are well let’s just say all season long they’ve let us down.

Fast forward to grand final week, with the hope Wigan are there is it going to be any better?
