Got something to discuss about RL in general? Then this is the place to post it.

Why do fans throw Davico under the bus like this? He picked up a pectoral injury before the start of the season and as a result did not play a game for us. Did this make him a "bad" player????

Steve Rogers, one time Australian test player broke his leg on debut for Widnes against us at Central Park. By your cock-eyed reckoning he must be "the worst overseas signing ever"!

Surely they must be the "unluckiest" - and as such nothing to do with them being crap as per the likes of Doc Murray or Shem, Tatupu etc etc etc
For me it is the worst signing as he never played a full game, never said he was crap, for me the crapest would go to either Brady Malem or Wayne McDonald, although Danny Moore and Gavin Clinch are up there as well
And let's not forget Paul Koloi. No one heard of him had a good couple of games in the world cup and we jumped on him.

So how do you interpret "worst signing" then?

The thread had gone into a tangent and was discussing worst signings and you gaslight by claiming a player who was injured prior to a season makes him somehow one of the worst signings but not crap!

How about Wally Lewis then? Surely his reneging on a deal with Wigan also makes him one of our worst ever signings then? Have you forgotten that?

We can all agree we have signed some rubbish from overseas and one of those was David Vaealiki, who was signed after serious ankle injury and was utter rubbish throughout his time at the club but there is a difference between a player that never got the opportunity to play for Wigan due to injury and another for those simply not good enough whilst wearing the shirt, if you cannot see the distinction then you have a problem!
