Geoff, I think people look for miracles when things go wrong. Knee jerk irrational reaction. Both centres played better tonight.

Played better? Vaeleki is in his second season and is still terrible fair enough about Richards but oh my god Vaeleki is useless!

Vaealiki pulled off soem cracking tackles and almost made a break, he did have a good game tonight, shame hes still not lived up to his reputation. He should really settle down this season though, last season he used the excuse he was getting over his injury, Millward has said he has no excuses this season.

I thought most of them played better...let's not forget that Leeds are a good side, and the only real difference was McGuire v O'Louglin at stand-off. Our forwards matched theirs, which is no mean feat against the likes of Peacock, Sinfield and Lauititi, our backs matched theirs and Moran was at least as good as Burrows.

Pedro, Vaelekki played well tonight. He tackled eveything and he took the ball up fairly well. He was playing against two very strong centres and a very difficult second rower.

He came over as a New Zealand international and NRL regular wgen fit. IS on a fortune and playes like that. He did not play well he played better than he normally does. He tackled well? thats his job..and doesnt do it very well. He will be in the dole queue at the end of the season no doubt.

Compared to last season he should be 400% improved to be able to walk tall and earn the money he does hes terrible. Ive defended him for too long now and hes overstepped the mark!

. They still need a good ball distributor such as Barret and another world class centre such as Gasnier so that Richards could revert back to the wing nect year!
Richards is doing fine at centre...he created 2 of our 3 tries tonight - the palm back for Tomkins and the kick through for Ashton. Defensively, he kept Senior quiet all game...what more does the guy have to do?
The kick through for Ashton was very skillful and led to a great try.
