Exactly, everybody knew about this so why is everyone being negative?.
The club don't say anything and we are being kept in the dark?.
The club announce them and they are crap, the club can't win really can they?.

Dave and Matthew. You both are in agreement here but who is your criticism aimed at in particular? Coach? Board? Who? :doz:

Not quite sure about the negative postings re these players.

1. Withers looked excellent to me at the end of last season. Takes the high ball as well as anyone in the SL. Solid defender. A little slow maybe but how fast is wellens? 7/10.
2. Millard is always very professional. Nothing spectacular but very solid. Wont be pushed around by anyone. 6/10
3. lulu potentially the best scrum half in super league for years to come. Devasting near the line. Injury suspect 8/10

A good solid prop would finish the team of quite well. Overall I am quite happy 8/10.

I am going to give them a chance to play before, I start looking at them as rubbish players.

While im not that happy with the signings i am glad that they have finally been anounced. Im trusting Nobles superior judgement on this one, and i do agree that Millard and Withers are filling a gap as squad players.

I agree with comments made about the amount of non GB players we have. I think though the team is being built around are good young GB players like Ashton, Lockers, hock etc.

One thing Withers and Millard bring is proven super league experience which is one thing, they will be reasonable squad players. Im not sure about Withers replacing Ashton at Fullback if that rumour is true but i think Ashton can learn alot for him.

I still think we are short 1 prop but im not sure if that we will sign anymore. I think a couple of 2nd rowers will be stepping up and playing prop

We knew about them and I for one have always voiced my concerns. I did so expecting Millard and Withers to be on yearly contracts. It is all well and good saying well they are not on fabulous money. Both will be part of our 20/25 and we are stuck with them for 2 years now. If they do well then nothing lost BUT if not they create a problem. You keep yourself flexible to some degree especially when we are already signing key players long term. You need free capital.

I also hate the situation re Ashton. He is our fullback, not some 30+ player. No mention of his contract either.

I am sick of lies and about turns. I like others here was around during an age when ML used to sell players once they reached 30 saying they were too old and needed to be moved on to let youngsters develop. Whether I or anybody else agrees that was ML then and now he does an about turn.

Yes well Wigan were the top club at one time amd Mo was the top chairman. Sadly, both have fallen a considerable way since those days. :(

What about this withers in at centre(mcavoy bench possiby play 2nd row)nobby might have thought about leulai and his injuries so he brought in withers as a utility back (or ashton) and play withers at stand off and trent barret scrum half(he did last year for the dragons)> and if any of our backs get injured(normally hapens) then we dont have to sign any national league players

time moves on ,MO was good when no cap, wigan would'nt have withers millard in years pre cap but them days are gone, now they are players you have to have in your squad like macavoy for'eg' ,if you want wigan to bring the likes of ashton into team then money is needed at expence of a more tallented squad, dobson was out for a year before he came to SL so was he a risk, yes you never know in RL when your last game will be ,lulu if he stays free of injurys will be great, barretts a worse injury record ,so give them a chance mo cant win we expect a great team well we may become one in the future but we cant just do it in one season ,give nobby time hope for a good run with injuries 'god knows its about time' and he will do it
