We all set for this one today. Should be a tough game. I had the strangest nightmare last night though. We were decimated by Injury and Illness, ended up sending the sort of side with a couple of first teamers then mainly academy lads that we send to Leigh and Workington for pre-season friendlies, and we ended up getting beat 62-0.

They should have got together, in a group, and said "It's up to us to look after these lads. Let's do it".
Then brought the young kids into the group of 13, on the field and told them "Follow us, we will look after you".
It's know as Leadership and setting an example.
Where is it??
And, this is what Matty Smith said and was told to do by SW!!
According to "Wigan Today".
So what went wrong?? Say no more.

Yes. Credit to them all except Clubb & Tautai!

It must have been very difficult & embarrassing for them.
It should have been they are professional sportsmen! It was even more embarrassing for us!!!

Hope it works!
I read Wigan Today www.wigantoday.net and it was listed under Wigan Warriors "Smith's simple plan to maintain perfect away record"!!! (My exclamations!)

Rads interview does lay it out how sick the majority of the squad were in the week. These things can have fatigue implications for a couple of weeks at least.

Not sure why the club is having players come in to 'train'. Far better they all stay away bar virus treatment. Why not send players for private health care. To be honest I would rather see fit healthy kids out there than experienced players 'pretending' they are fit. If you ask any player if he is fit to play, they all say yes.

Sounded to me like he has written the next month off.

I can't see us doing well on Friday, but we should be OK the week after I'd say. I wonder if Wakefield will all come down with it after SUnday's match!
