OAM forget the insults, produce the evidence.
Fozzard was difficult to stop. Lockers was one of the few who did and he did so on several occasions.

Dave. Nothing to do with heroes etc.
I believe Lockers is one of our best players. He has had an excellent season so far and v Saints he was still one of our top 4 players. Starman according to Peter Aspinall.
If you want me to say he was not one of our best players v Saints then produce the evidence.
BTW - I rate Hock as highly as Lockers BUT thought he had a shocker.
I agree with you Lockers is & has been one of our best players all season. His defence is top draw,he breaks the line.Ok he didnt have the best game last night but that doesnt make him a bad player.

OAM no proof. Tell you what I am going to give you an opportunity. Describe the perfect tackle technique for a player defending in the defensive line. Enlighten us.

round the legs....Roby put Feka down everytime with it. Hit them fast and hard around the legs and they will not have time to offload. You are told this from the age of 7....too many people go high these days makes me laugh.

Exactly right Pedro - I was taught, you never go anywhere without your legs amd I had a big crump of a lad to try and tackle at school, but got him down all the same.

Too simplistic, especially against Saints; look how often they were offloading in the tackle. The ball has to be wrapped up, which is what we weren't doing.

then surely put 2 or 3 men in the tackle. one go low and one or 2 around the top. sure he cant go no where without his legs but unless one goes up top then the ball becomes free.

Yes Geoff, but rugby is a simple game. Perhaps we over do things.
Draw and pass, support the man with the ball, quick play the balls, never buy a dummy, always tackle your man - let your covering players take the support man if he off-loads, play to the whistle etc.
All simplistic, but all the main facets of the game.
