Reading to much into it team mates fall out on the field for all we know they may be good mates off the field , for example Ashton writing and taking the mickey out of Fielden and the Mason punch, he must have felt Fielden would be ok with it and he was ok to write it ,just one of them things I had bust ups playing sport and its soon forgotten and they are at a high professional level and getting paid makes it even easier and more important .

I wouldn't put a bet on it, let's put it that way!!!!
I wonder what Fielden's like should it be bad news on Ashton? Spitting the dummy out on someone else perhaps????????
Come on, these guy's are (supposed to be) team mates and the best of friend for goodness sakes aren't they?!?!?!
Just because your team mates doesnt mean your the best of friends. This is how rumours start reading into something where theres nothing to read into. He was waving his fists in Millards face last week, i didnt see you making a song and dance about it then.

But mrs carney, Millard could probably stand up to Fielden as he is (just about) tall enough.
We are making a point of it because Ashton doesn't even come up to Fielden's mid section does he?
Ashton is about 5 foot 7/8 and Fielden towers over him at around 6 foot 2/3, he should not be picking on a kid of 19 and around 5 foot 7 for no reason at all!!!!
Fielden must have had a valid reason to rollick Ashton, although non is springing to my mind.
I don't think Fielden likes things being written about him lucky 13!!!!!!!!!!
Mind you, it does depend on what exactly was written about him and of course where it was written.

It's all right for Fielden to mickey take someone else, i.e, LuLu, but what about the other way round.
I don't think he'd be to struck, especially if it was Ashton from what we saw at Salford last night!!!!

yeah, well not mine! if they went full length it suggests to me that ashton was out of position and his defense was quite questionable last night.
you criticise fielden for rollicking people yet when we want o'loughlin to do the same, and he doesn't, everyone goes mental!
I agree. Fielden was showing passion and if Ashton skulks away from him he's probably better off with the rha rha's

Ashtons probably taller than Millard and cocky enough to shout back to Fielden. So thats that. Its nice to see a player disappointed with the defence and saying something about it, players see things differently, Ashton could of been out of place and Fielden telling him. Don't read into it you'll make yourself paranoid
