Agree with you there Mike, Dean Bell was admired liked and respected by everyone from the players fans and corporate.
Mr Lenegan would have to go a very long way to find a better candidate for the job

Why would Dean Bell want to leave home.He has an excellent job in NZ.His family is settled IMO as CP posted he would not work with Noble,so a non starter.

dean bell considers wigan his home ,his kids were settled here ,he considers NZ his birth place not his home ,he would jump at the chance to come here but Nobby could be a stumbling block

Edwards has not been mentioned cos he is always rumoured but never actually amounts to anything. He will not leave London - he wants be close to his child, so will not accept a job in Wigan.

judas lydon will follow the queens head,its not 12 month he was talking all about what was needed at wigan and what he intended,what a load of bull hes not a wiganer in my eyes he should finish the job he came to do,if he is up to it

Joe Lydon is not leaving Wigan for the foreseeable future
