To put it bluntly. I am utterly fed up with the speculation surrounding Madge. If he goes (and it is a big IF) it is nothing we cannot get over! I do not wish to see one of the best coaches I have seen in many years depart. But if he does we have S.Wayne who is more than capable of taking over. But I do not believe it for one moment! I'm afraid we are caught up in mass hysteria believing all the rumours going around. If a rumour is to come from any of the media it will inevitably come from Sky as they are the past masters of rumour. As of yet I have not read anything on Sky that gives me cause for concern. I do believe that of all the people who are likely to gleen the truth or falsehood. It is more than likely to be our own Josie Andrews.And as previously posted by Josie. Madge as not been sacked. I feel IL is an astute business man who would have considered all aspects of MM contract. And will have a contingency in place should the worst comes to the worst. See you all at the Grand Final with Madge still at the helm.

Correct or not this is your 3rd post on here and that usually is a sign of a fan from either Latics or another RL club looking to stir it up.

Personally if Josie says its not happening then i would take her word rather than a new member with 3 posts. Most of the regular posts bu the people who have good direct info from the club seems to disagree with you.

Couldn't agree more - just been and had a look on rlfans and the most respected poster on there says it is his understanding that this is not true and that if it were the press would be all over it like a rash (slightly politer than his phraseology) so it thankfully just sounds like some clown mischief making. I know this is called the rumour mill but surely some are just plain malicious and that is not funny.

If the poster had registered today, I would just ignore. But having registered over 3 years ago, you have to admit he's been very patient!
