I agree with Rob, playing 20 year old props for part of a game, occasionally, is fair enough to give them experience but throwing them in at the deep end at this tender age will ruin them,. it might be all right if you are a flighty back but not in the real mens department.

Robjoenz, how about Michael Smith from Stains/via Hull. A big lad and a good ball handler but not sure about his stamina. Where oh where are we going to start looking for a big mobile prop who is good enough to play for Wigan, I don't really know, how soon can we move Danny Tickle upto the front row, still very young, see my comments elsewhere but he has 3 years experience now at the top level and he would be big enough, he is only 2lbs lighter than Davico even though that might have been a bit small for a prop, quick enough and a good side step.

Hull would never let us have him but I would like King at Wigan. He has everything we need in a prop. Size, strength, movement and age on his side.

I don't know enough about Michael Smith but if I got a pound for everytime Mario said that we should sign him since Cas went down I would have about £4!

Whats the story with Davico? if he is injured long term, get shot of him. Bring back Craig Smith, there was a guy who loved the club and gives his all every time he laces up his boots. He would be back like a shot.We need to win something this year!!! Please god!!!

I am not so sure he would be back like a shot, he'll have just settled back in Aus with his family. He went from saying he wanted to stay another year to deciding he would retire, I would expect there to be more to it than that, and I might so daring as to suggest it had something to do with Lindsay.

How long can we go on being the third most successful team in super league. My answer is no longer. We have the greatest club in the country I think we deserve the greatest team. Lets get a prop in, Are you listening Chairman??, no, like always..

I agree playing hargreaves and prescott every week would be tough on them, so maybe alternate them on the subs bench? I heard a rumour last year that wigan were planning on building danny tickle up and moving him out in the front row, because we had a lot of good second row people and he was one they thought could be used as a prop!
