Now I am hearing the sort of language in bus shelters, on buses, and on street corners that I only heard down the pit in the fifties. Where has it all gone wrong?

When some young(ish) parents use it on a regular basis & in front of their children it doesn't help & I've heard this regularly.

I used to work as customer service at a stadium in Melbourne and if any bad languge was used(F word)then we had the person removed by police.Bad language was not tolerated.
