Bad and Dirty language creeping into our chants
I was at the Saints match with my family on Friday. We have a crazy few fans who disrespect the family by using the F word in their chants. There is no need for this it shows them up making them sound like yobs. I know a few who were joining in and I also know they would not swear like that in front of their own families so why use language like that in front of mine. Come on lads you've brought some great new and original songs and chants to Wigan don,t spoil it now.

Well said. Leave the foul language to wire and saints fans who don't know any better

Well said
3 adults / parents turned up 5 minutes before the start and stood behind us chanting the 5 in row chant. 80 minutes of F'in grows tiresome.

Re: Bad and Dirty language creeping into our chants
I, too, think it is becoming prevalent in the chants but the majority of these youngsters use the "F" word as the norm!!
It is getting tiresome, as some of the chants are witty enough without using the "F" word all the time.

I don't take my daughter to the games because I'm embarrassed by the language coming from some of our fans. There's no need for it and all it does is prove that some have a lesser vocabulary than others.
We all get annoyed and angry at games, the odd expletive may slip out, but to do it constantly is really quite poor.

Unfortunately, I think the football referred too in the act is association football.Second Row wrote: Wigan Warriors Stadium Regulations

However i agree that the quality of language can be poor, and is entirely uneccessary. Perhaps the stewards need to be more proactive, especially if a complaint is made, but then others would accuse them of being jobsworths.
