Tried again, now totally peed off. Despite following advise when I try to go into my account via client ref code I am being told this "your account is already active" please use forgotten password to retrieve your details from your e-mail address. Where is forgotten password? it's not on this screen.
This is pathetic, no-one should have to spend so much time getting frustrated, angry and wanting to kill someone just to get a bloody ticket. I'm thinking of sacking the whole thing off and going watching S****s next year. Stuff Ticket Master.

Do you live local? I’ve put as many instructions as I thought would help. Is there nothing to say change you can password?

On my log in page it says under the email and password boxes
"Forgot your sign in details" .

Email and password required not client code

I thought when they changed the ticketing system you no longer used your client code to log in, they changed it to an email address and password, if you had multiple season tickets you could now use the same email address but just use a different password, I thought the client code was the old ticketing system

I can see my other season tickets in my 'network' and it's says I can allocate them tickets and they can allocate them to me, but don't know how to allocate the SF tickets to the one account, any ideas Josie???
When you go on to your account, obviously sign in.

Click on to the little icon of a man in your top right hand corner

At the bottom it will have View Your Account menu click on that

When the next page opens, it has the headings Ticketing & underneath that Account Management

Click on Account Management when the next window opens click on Network it should then open up a page with your network members. Just to the right it should have Add Members You then fill in the season ticket holders details. Membership number & surname.

Hope this helps
Thanks for the info Josie, I had already added the members to my account but was trying to reserve the semi final tickets in the one place by 'allocating' one of the tickets to the main account, I just ended up logging in to the different accounts to do it that way but it wouldn't let me upgrade the ticket to an adults one, no problem, just hope I can book more than one ticket in one account should we get to the Grand Final, thanks for your help

Thank you to everyone who offered advice, I did appreciate it. However I decided to go to the ticket office this morning and queued from 11.15am until 12.15pm mostly in the pouring rain along with a seemingly never ending queue of people. I even tried again online with the help of a chap in the queue but I still kept getting the error message, almost everyone near me had a story to tell about our ticketing fiasco.
Never mind, all sorted now and had some great conversations with a lot of very nice people about all things Wigan before moving on to fix the worlds problems. Thanks again to those who tried to help.

I managed to get one of the 2 tickets I usually buy. While the second was in my group, I wasn’t offered the chance to buy it (or couldn’t work out how to do so). I am no techie but have managed to work my way round pretty much every IT system I have faced in the last 20 years. Buying rugby league tickets online remains by far the most difficult IT experience in my life. So, I gave up and asked the actual season ticket holder to try by phone…

It looks like tickets are selling well. A brief look on the Warriors website suggests over 10k.

Frankly I meant to go to the ticket office today, but forgot all about it! I'll try tomorrow.
