I do think refs have a big impact on they game. Its not just the big desisions that go against us, its when and were pens are given.
It seemed last night that every time we got a try, cas got pens that gave them field position from which they got there trys. This takes the momentum away from us when you have it and then you have to work hard to get it again. Its been mentioned that 1/3 of all trys come from pens.
Ok our defense was poor, but in situations that we shouldnt be in. Someone mentioned stevo stuck up for us, if that happens you know something is wrong.

same old story THE REF COST US THE GAME when are we going to agree WE ARE C--- admit we were beaten,the ref did NOT score any tries,knock on or miss a tackle,these were OUR mistakes take off your cherry and white glasses and you will find you enjoy a match more. :conf:

I will admit we were poor at times, also thought there were improvments.
I do think however the standard of reffing has dropped in last couple of years. It makes the game a laughting stock.
Aus ref for Aus games. The clown, very poor this season eg Catalans game, week after he cost quins against bradford, sending wrong player off. What happens to him. They reward him with an international game. Its a mockery of our sports. How do you explain things to people who are first watching the sport like, A aussi ref refs britain vs aus so its fair. Its embarassing
