As stated on previous thread I would rather keep Dobson. Think he's doing well and kicking skills too.
If rcihards going does that give us the facility to be able to keep him. Always assuming he wishes to stay.
Vinnie Anderson I don't think so. Think we could find better centre cover elsewhere.
Richards isn't on the quota - he has an Irish passport. Our quota players are:
Fletcher
Dallas
Moran (swapped for Dobson)
After the number of times we have tried to sign him this season I would have thought that Johnson was more likely than Anderson.

... which next year becomes Fletcher, Barrett and Bailey, unless something changes between now and the end of the season...

Did Canberra really say that he should go get more experience, or did Wigan say "here's a lot of money if you let us borrow your player for a while"? Money talks in RL as much as everywhere else, and if Wigan were to decide they wanted to keep him then I suspect that more of Mr Whelan's money would be used to make something happen.
I've said before that my personal belief is that we should stick with a known talent in Dobson, and perhaps sacrifice Fletcher, or perhaps Bailey who I've not seen. Leuleui is an unknown quantity so far as Wigan are concerned, and I'm a little bit concerned about us getting another Moran (albeit Leuleui hasn't had the likes of Retchless, Dymock, Roy etc making him look better than he perhaps was, as it might be argued was the case with Moran).

Thug? He pulled off a massive hit with his shoulder on a guy who has been running in half hearted all season, he got what he deserved. His only crime may have been he was offside, other than that it was all fair.

His posturing over Tickle after the hit was in bad taste but I agree with you. I don't see him as thuggish.

If Feka had done it to Long, we would have all been screaming our aproval. In an emotional game like Wigan v Saints, you will get that type of thing. I think it makes the game more exciting as a whole in all honesty when emotions are high like that.

Even so aren't you meant to use your arms to make a legitimate tackle without leading with the shoulder?

Only if your playing tig 'n' pass!! You tackle with your shoulder and the arms are secondary. Unless of course your name is Richards or Brown or.........
