Like many on here I can only judge the mood from the forum. if you look up the list of topics you could virtually merge most of them. The fans attitude at matches again comes from on here. If what I read into the topics generates the responses I give others are reading into it the same. Latic fans must be wetting themselves with glee.

Very small minority of the total fan base come on here, Jim, I listen to what fans are saying at the match, during the walk home, and in the pubs afterwards. The same things keep coming up - mainly bewilderment regarding the current state of the club, and constructive ideas for improvement.
And, as Pedro points out, who cares what Latics think?

The players and the coach are to blame. The players making so many mistakes and the coach, well, it's his job to get the players to play to there potential, Noble isn't doing that which means he isn't doing his job and he has to take the blame for that.
All last season I was saying we should judge Noble on this season, as it stands there seems to be little improvement if not some backwards steps.
How much longer should Noble get to get it right?

i think the issue that has become very apparent is that noble was great at bradford because he had exactly the personel that suited his play. massive forwards and backs for that matter. He cannot get the best out of a player that doesn't play to his style.
As has been stated played 2 lost 2 against non-title competetors.
If we had a team that was full of youth players trying their hardest getting outgunned i bet you find the wigan faithful singing for 80mins for them. This lot have no excuse the "talent" is there so them not getting results is them underperforming and the crowd are well within their right to shout and moan.
Noble has plumetted in my opinion. Firstly theres the inexplicable lack of freshness when things go bad. We lose and oh what do you know same team exactly out next week. There's the lack of ideas in attack which again is worked on in training as well as fitness, why are our players struggling so much??!?.
I think my dad summed it up well when i asked him about noble his response,
"he's just taking a wage" and thats exactly how i feel when i see the lack of ambition on the pitch and around the club right now. The very fact that he isn't peeling the paint off the walls and seems "satisfied" with 2 losses makes me sick to have him associated with wigan let alone coaching them!!!
