Where have I ever attacked Wane on a personal level? I confine myself to debating his tactics and selections etc and do not resort to personal attacks.

I have plenty to say about his coaching as I did Noble's and given debating such things is what this site is for I have no idea what the problem is.
Dave should take his own advice and change his record. We all know of his adoration for Madge and his feelings towards Wane. Give it a rest it detracts from his obvious knowledge of our game which I for one value finally I'll add his ubiquitous use of IMO...... :D (no offence intended) I also agree with his comments on the 1985 2013 post. I was there to and my man of the match was Peter Sterling :D
"finally I'll add his ubiquitous use of IMO" The use of IMO is an attempt on my part to address the accusation that I write as if I am stating facts rather than opinions.

BTW, IMO comes from Usenet (as does BTW!) where it's considered good etiquette to use IMO so it doesn't look as if your written words are stating facts rather than opinion.

Here's a list for you:

AFAIC using IMO ought not to be needed as debate about Wane's coaching ability or anything else on here is all opinion but some people seem to want reminding posts really are just opinion and nothing else, hence the use of IMO.

Actually Dave, I once put together a list of abbreviations on here. I think it was in response to Josie querying my use of FML!

You're all at it again
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Thats told me and rightly so on reflection. I thought rather foolishly that posters can or are able to distinguish fact from opinion. Nevertheless I'm off forthwith to stand on the naughty step :D

Your use of acronyms from the given list is ALOB. It reminds me of being in the Army where acromyms proliferate. Col.Pugwash said to me 'don't forget we are having a AUI on Friday.I asked what an AUI was. He replied he didn't know but we were having one Friday. Hope you get my drift butI SH D I

I think Wane is improving as a coach, just wish he would take media and ellecution lessons.

I disagree. If he suddenly transmogrified into Tony Blair, he'd lose his inherent passion and no one would take him seriously!
