Correct in calling for Hampshire to be Stand off but who for Scrum Half?

People saying Smith has an average kicking game. If we had what seems to be everyone's preferred half combo of Hampshire and Williams then who takes charge of the territorial/positional kicking? I don't think that's an area of the game that either have a patch on Smith yet and with our struggles making metres and that looking like it won't change it could be an important factor in seeing us continuously on the back foot.

It will happen one day God ( you know that). Can I just bang the drum for Williams to dummy half a wonderfully creative player. Leave Matty where he is just release him from kicking duties(his field kicking is ok)With Sam at FB next season we have players capable of fulfilling every halfback position ie 7,9,6. As BM says, nothing wrong in giving him a shot with Smith in the halves and allowing George the freedom from the bench. I think George coming on when teams we're tiring a bit would be an excellent move, just like Wire are benefitting from Brad Dwyer.
I still think Wigans best long term option in the halves is Rocky at 6 with George at 7 though.

I totally agree and have said the before George plays his best at broken tired defences
