Do you really believe Saints would take him? He wouldn't even make the saints squad. To be honest you have quoted these stats to me but Shaun's main role is as captain of wigan, he could do the same without the captainsy but thats his job and he is not performaing. Hiw many times have i watched wigan this year and seen Shaun O'loughlin with his hands on his hips and his head down. I dont think i ever saw Farrell like that, he always was going mad or had his head up rallying the troops.

Bryan Flethcher has supposably asked to take control for the Wakefield match tonight, and i think its a great idea, it might improve both Fletchers and Shaun's performance. And for me Fletcher is a born leader as he showed at the Rabbitos!!

Saints ,Leeds ,Bradford ,Hull the rest of SL and a host of Aussie clubs would be in for Sean if he became available .The lad is good and the captaincy is not doing him any favours releived of this duty i think you will see another Sean O'Loughlin i have ben around long enough to see talent when i see it he has come back from a serious knee injury this year.Although still not performing to his best Sean is a committed Wigan lad there are too many people who knock him beleive me he is talent and time will tell.I would sooner see him in a Wigan Jersey than any other .

I'm not sure that should be considered his main role. He plays in a pivotal position on the pitch, and his main role should be doing the job a loose-forward is paid to do and, in general, he is doing a pretty good job of that. He's not alone in making mistakes, but he's also, as that stats previously mentioned, doing a huge amount of work for the team as well in what has been a very difficult season. With the situation we found ourselves in, we probably needed someone with more experience as captain, but I'm not going to believe that we would have been in a much better position if we'd had a different captain - the team generally has been underperforming for much of the season and changing the chief doesn't suddenly make things better.

As has been said before, Lockers is not Faz. Did you criticise Rads for being the same last season? He was never the most vocal of captains either.

With all due respect to Fletch, the bunnies were not really the most successful team when he was captain...

Have the Bunnies ever been successful? When i saw him play for them, which i admit is limited, he led them from the front, and i was impressed with his performances. I just think he has experience in these matters and can handle the pressures a little easier.

Yes that's true hed led them all the way to the bottom, stripped of the captaincy for a racist outburst and then was sold to us!

With our Morals (bringing Millward to Wigan) we should make him captain straight away.

There are some on here that think the club, the players and everything involved with WRLFC is beyond reproach.

The fact of ther matter is Fletcher was/is at the end of his career and was struggling for a decent last payday in the NRL until we rescued him and gave him automatic sick leave!

I can see those same people in the pub spouting about immagrants and asylum seekers "coming over here taking our jobs"

What am I on about?

Don't say he was over the hill before he came please, most people still believe on here we sign top player at the top of their game, if only they would realise how we got in this mess in the first place

If they are Australians and have played for their country or been in a final they must be good NOW
