Re: Wigan squads for Derby double-header
Thompson named as hooker. Be interesting who actually plays acting half.

Been predicted on here. Farrimond may well go into dummy half or Smith. A lot of fire power up front. Think we're gonna try and bash them to submission tonight. Saints fans really worried despite who we're missing. Should be a good clash

Womens match was a cracking game.
Loads of skill and commitment plus, no crying to the ref or feigning injury.

Can't remember Thompson being mentioned on here but I'm sure you're right.Blackpool_Pie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2024 6:39 pmBeen predicted on here. Farrimond may well go into dummy half or Smith. It seems now though such an obvious solution to the problem, question is, why didn't everyone, including me, think of it?
Guess the answer is because Peet and friends are RL coaches and I'm just a fan.

I think this game could be slot closer than most people think.
Both teams have their fair share of players missing

Well Matty Peet has said it's Farrell at hooker defending and Farrimond attacking. Seems an even more obvious solution.jobo wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2024 7:37 pmCan't remember Thompson being mentioned on here but I'm sure you're right.Blackpool_Pie wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2024 6:39 pmBeen predicted on here. And the horror show continues.
These sin binnings for direct hit to head are gonna kill this game

Just watching Matty Peet’s interview. So so proud to have him represent the team. Bigged up their fullback and Saints for giving a good game. Credit to the sport
