Merits of Lam? Currently an assistant coach in the NRL. Up to date with NRL coaching and tactics; Excellent knowlege of NRL talent and good links to that talent; Links to top quality NRL backroom staff?; Young so energy / motivation high. Experience of England / SL; Did very well at Wigan as U21s coach.
Question mark of Lam? Never been a first grade coach
Who is available? Who can we attract? Morgan had not been a coach, Potter likewise.
Do you know when he is leaving ie immediate or at end of season?

Having seen the massive improvement in attacking rugby from them today, I can believe that! They were even executing set moves, and multiple passes out to both wings, and using props as dummy runners! They were playing the same sort of style that the reserves play...certainly didn't look like Nobby's one-up tactic!

At the game yesterday a very VERY good source who is proven and knew all the details on the gleeson deal before it broke and other club issues told me that brian noble is definetly going, they dont know when, yet, probably end of the season but it is in discussion, but the best part was that he said wigan are going to break the bank and make Shaun Edwards the highest paid coach in rugby league, i would ususally be very sceptical about this, but the usual relaibility of the sources information leads me to think it is true. If so happy days!
