We can all pontificate how we like about what should happen but shifting Gildhart on the wing on Satdy sums up what's going on between the coach's ears!
Exactly. He's lost the plot.

well here goes for me to be shot down but this is my thoughts
1. Replace the fitness and conditioning team 2 years of the injuries we have had is unacceptable.
2. get a good attacking coach.
3. get a good goal kicking coach
4. Though the kids coming through from the academy are the best in in the league they are not the finished article and should continue their development for a couple of years where they are and not promoted to the 1st team squad.
5. The top 25 players should be top quality players not bit players after the top 15 as they are now.
6. We need 2 top quality props the likes of Platt and Skerret in the past.
7. good as he is we need to look for a quality replacement for O'loughlin he cant go on for ever.
8. The halfbacks need to compliment each other as George is a marque player we need a 7 to compliment him and let him play his natural game.
9. we need an hooker who can break the line and play 80 mins
10. oh and much as it pains me if SW cant work with this then a new coach as well

We had two quality assistants, both left under Wane and not replaced like for like, goal kicker left and not replaced, tactics never changed. Medical team and conditioning team has been the same since Madge, it was deemed fit for purpose then. Training practices have been changed injuries have gone up. The guy in charge is Wane if anything is sub par it is his job to change/replace it.
I’m not a Wane basher however he has had his time at Wigan it is progressively getting worse under him, if he is here next season it will be more of the same.
He has done great trophy wise at Wigan and should be proud I think he is the most successful coach since super League began trophy wise BUT nothing lasts forever.

I know. It's also interesting that Hull fans wanted rid of Radford a couple of years back.

You've said it in your last sentence.
He's promised change and it's got worse!
So it's going to get even worse!!

Where is the emoticon with a gun when you need it?
It looks likely he will be here next season but I'd hope if things carry on as they are IL isn't stupid enough to give him the entire season to try and sort it out. He needs to do as Saints did and if things persist as they are act sooner rather than later. A season can be salvaged. Saints were within a point of a GF appearance and played far better once their new coach arrived. In other words let's not see any excuses about a new coach needing an off season to make a difference.

Why, what relevance was it to the situation at Wigan? They had bad season following on from major changes to the team.
We on the other hand have been on a downward spiral for three seasons.
