Quite Frankly we have played some of the most entertaining Rugby in many a year without Feka in the team.
I don't see what that has got to do with the point I was making about players like Feka who develop into a bit of cult hero with the fans particularly the younger ones who don't dissect the game and players from top to bottom.
I know we have played the most entertaining rugby for years and posting what I did re-Feka's entertainment value in no way implies otherwise.
Dave
Wind your neck in Dave you really take the posts as an attack on everything you say
Well if I took your post the wrong way apologise but to me it looked like you were reading things into what I said that were not implied or intended given the nature of your reply.
As I said I know we have played very attractive rugby but I was making a different point about the way players are seen by many fans as entertaining in their own right or as cult figures.

What have I done. I just find it odd that a fan can attack her own club, the coach of the club, the owner of the club and any other fan that has a view that differs from hers because Wigan RLFC have decided Pally is not good enough for Wigan RLFC. Who should fans believe Mr Maguire an outstanding coach or a fan called Josie Andrews. Your not a loyal supporter given how you have reacted to one player leaving. It is not the end of the world. Pally was never that good anyway.
Where have I attacked my own club or the coach???
I have just tried to put everyone in the picture regarding what is happening with Feka to allay all the rumours & speculation which has been rife for a few weeks. I have only reiterated what has been said & have not voiced my own opinions on this site. Those I will keep to myself.
If you wish to say I am not a loyal supporter that is your prerogative but I am not going to let your remarks upset me. There are hell of a lot of people who follow Wigan Warriors, some even on here

& they all know who I am & how I feel about this club. Even the people who run the club whether it be owners, coaches, players, stewards or even the ticket office staff. So your opinion of me doesn't matter one iota!!
You are a very hostile person. I normally just read posts but you are clearly lying in the post above. Your post on this subject shown below that you made previously shows that your post above is just not true. You have attacked the club, owner, coach and now fans just because they are not keeping a player. Are you a young supporter. Your attitude is immature.

Wigan Head Coach Michael Maguire has today named his 19 man squad for Friday's home engage Super League clash against Salford City Reds at the DW Stadium, 8pm kick off.
Wigan welcome back to the 19 Amos Roberts and Sean O'loughlin after injury, as well as Cameron Phelps and Iafeta Paleaaesina .Missing are Andy Coley through suspension and Michael McIlorum who picked up an ankle injury in the win at Catalans last Sunday.
Wigan Warriors 19 Man Squad
Cameron Phelps, Amos Roberts, Martin Gleeson, George Carmont, Pat Richards, Sam Tomkins, Thomas Leuluai, Stuart Fielden, Mark Riddell, Harrison Hansen, Joel Tomkins, Sean O'Loughlin, Paul Prescott, Iafeta Paleaaesina, Paul Deacon, Lee Mossop, Darrell Goulding, Liam Farrell, Chris Tuson.
Referee - Ben Thaler
Wigan will be looking to complete a League double over the men from the Willows folowing a hard fought 18-4 success back in April.
Taken from Wiganwarriors.com, for me Phelps and Tuson to drop out. Although we could maybe rest a couple of players in light of the wire next week
Feka is 18th man, & is to play in the U20's on Saturday! The article in the Post about playing for a contract is a load of crap
They try to con the players as well as the fans with their so called statements in the press. They must think we are all zipped up the bloody back!!!
You say you only used to read posts & have just started to post on here! I therefore find the way you can dissect posts & quotes quite remarkable for a 'new user', there are some posters who have been posting on here for quite a while & still don't know how to or have trouble doing it.
As for being hostile, I am defending myself from someone, who, I suspect, is just trying to start silly arguments between posters & IMO is very rude.

Josie Andrews ,
I dont know the lady and as far as i am aware have never met her at matches . Just an opinion , but as far as i can tell reading her posts over a period of time , i am convinced she would not post anything that she didn't know to be true and has the well being of Wigan Warriors running through her veins and dosn't deserve whats being handed out here .
If that's blinkered i dont give a toss . Pick on me .

+ 1 - or pick on me; I don't mind!
I can't remember Josie posting anything on here as fact that turned out to be wrong. She knows the player in question (as well as many others) and has done for some time. What has she to gain by lying?

Neither do ordinary fans EW. We are top of SL, playing fantastic rugby and it is wonderful. Yet some fans have to moan and complain. EW am I right or wrong. Josie Andrews accused Wigan RLFC of publically lying, Maguire of lying based on what Pally told her. She said she did not do so but her previous post shows she did. I don't know the lady. I thought she was a teenage girl the way she was going over the top about a player who superb coaches have probably decided is not good enough for Wigan. Does she or anybody think that player would tell her the whole truth or just the bits you want them to know. For having a different opinion you get abused, accused of not being a simpleton because you can use the quote option. I will go back to reading because posting is likely to get abuse thrown at you. Remember we are top of the league and so called loyal supporters are accusing the club, having a go at the club based on hearsay. In the week we have a great game I find it odd that so called loyal supporters can be so gullible and accuse Wigan RLFC without any proof. The hearsay of Pally is not proof.

Look everyone, don't let this person lead this topic into a slanging match, if he wishes to carry on denigrating me or anyone else who doesn't agree with his opinions the post will have to be locked.

why because you can't take it but you can give it? From the first post you were hostile towards him. If Feka was ignoring what was asked of him by the club would he tell you? Possibly, who knows. Would you put it on here? Doubtful. Players as any other people will only give the facts as they see them, the coaching staff, who are clearly doing a good job will have their own opinions. This forum is for differing opinions, if you can't take it don't post yours there's enough cliques and the like on RLFans without having them here.
