He played well today and the tackle on Maguire was very good and the way he forced the Leeds winger to pass.

He improved his weakest area i think today his defense, and kept his good attacking form

Mike has come a long way. OK he now dyes his hair to hide any traces of ginger BUT we know the truth. Mike Binder is a ginger

Back on the thread topic and I agree with what has been said on here, Ashton had possibly (I don't know) a better game today both defensively and attacking wise than he did against Wakefield down at the JJB.

He still looks a little bit over weight but perhaps he is bulking up for RU next year.

I think he reads this message board because he said in his after match interview that he has taken some criticism for his defence.
