Can anyone tell me why possibly the hearing is being moved from monday, is it a legal thing or just the RFL playing silly beggars.

surely Saints should have got points deducted as well as a big fine, can't figure it out

Simple matter of British law. You can't retrospectively punish someone. At the time of the offence, the penalties were on the scale of 2, 4 or 6. The punishments have been increased since the offence but can't be applied to these charges.

A court would've destroyed the SL on that one.
