I think you might be doing a disservice to the Catalans here, they were certainly more competitive this year than in 2006 and based on recruitment so far I think the likes of Quins are going to struggle more than the Dragons. Ok, so they've lost Stacey Jones, but he has spent a lot of the last two seasons injured so they've had to get used to relying without him all the time. Remember they beat us in the Challenge Cup, they're not to be completely dismissed...

Our finishing position is dependant on injuries to a far greater degree than other clubs. I was chatting to a few people at the GB game and the club recognises that we had the least injuries of any Superleague team last year. The depth of the squad is a major concern should we suffer even a modicum of injuries.

Regarding recruitment I was given a huge hint that we only have 1 more signing to make and that will be at centre. No surprise there!

Finally, another source came out with the figure of £30K as Mather's contract next year. If this is true he could be the deal of Superleague. Fingers crossed!!
