Post by warriors »

Who is going to watch the game?????????

Im not. It is to fare away, an we wont be able to get their on time. If my girlfriends dad wasnt working then we will be able to come.

That is why we was hopeing that it was at reebok. then we all would have time to get thier. it is only down the road.

But we are deffently going to Cardiff. That is if we win. (touch wood) We will anyway.

It's not that far away Widnes, it's within the old Lancashire boundary, might still be Lancs infact, not sure. A lot closer than Yorkshire though. Get on a train :D

Who goes depends on who is lucky enough to get tickets, I certainly hope that I am

If you have a season ticket then you be able to get one anyway. That is if w do play saints in the finals, i will be able to get a ticket coz i have a season ticket.

If i got the train i would probly get lost. :) So i will stick with getting taken in the car.

Poor excuse Johnny, getting lost going to away matches is half the fun!

I was wondering around Leeds for ages last season for the GF Eliminator because Yorkies kept sending me in different directions.

I've got me final tickets already, just hope we get there and I'm in the right end this game unlike the GF where I sat with Bulls.

That happened to us the last time we played Saints in the GF, went to OT looking forward to the match and a Wigan victory only to discover we were with a load of Saints fans who got progressively more hysterical as the match went on - it was hell on earth - thought the same thing was going to happen last Good Friday as I won some tickets so didn't end up with our mates or anywhere near where we normally sit and again we were with the Saints supporters. At half time I was wondering how I could ever tolerate all their excitement for another 40 minutes but of course we had a complete turnround in the 2nd half and it was us who were jumping up and down in the middle of all these glum faces - magic!

MURRAYFIELD 2002
We were sat in front of a load of screaming Saints fans who didn't even shut up when they were getting battered! The best bit was when Gary Connoly scored because they were screaming for anyone else but him to score. They kept quiet for a bit after he scored.

And for CARDIFF 2004, you'll be sittin between thousands of singing Warrington fans too :shoc: unless of coarse you'd rather sit with the Huddersfield fans..?

:o Nice one Primrose! :eh:
Fortunately though one of the great things about rugby league is that most fans can mingle and swap some banter without getting too carried away and without any real serious arguments. One things for certain Warrington will be no pushover, they've been getting far too close for comfort lately and I have the added handicap of living there so have to put up with bloke in the local rag who was even ranting about how marvellous Wire were at the end of Van de Velde's reign! How dedicated is that????

On any given day that Alfie Langer/VDV team would have beaten anybody. We were just consistantly unconsistant!!? Unlike this team we now have this consistancy and have learned give the same resect to every team. Warrington are easily the team that gives you the most problems. its akin to liverpool v utd, so much passion, where as saints are like Man city, in yer face and annoying! :eusa17: It suits Warrington to go into this semi as the under dogs, putting the pressure on Greg who already has shown signs of weakness by trying to get the Easter fixture rearranged. It means we will raise our game even more..frightening isn,t it? :nerv: As you can already see our position in the league

If you did beat us i'll be going for Warrington whoever you'd play, but unfortunatly for you it will be Wigan in the final!
