The Super League players are due before magistrates next month following an alleged incident at a house in Queensbury, Bradford, last weekend.
They have been charged with using violence to gain entry and assault after being arrested on Sunday morning.
Great Britain stand-off half Pryce, 26, scored 92 tries for the Bulls after signing from the Queensbury amateur rugby league club and making his debut in 1998. Two years ago the former Young Player of the Year signed for Super League giants St Helens.
Full back Reardon, 26, also a Great Britain international, signed for the Bulls from the West Bowling club and started 61 games for them, scoring 32 tries.
He joined Warrington Wolves for the start of the 2006 season and has scored 12 tries for them in 49 appearances.
Both players still live in Wibsey, Bradford.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman confirmed two 26-year-old men had been arrested in Bradford on Sunday morning on suspicion of assault, damage and using violence to gain entry.
The spokesman added: “Both men have been charged with using violence to gain entry and assault and have been bailed to appear at Bradford Magistrates’ Court on August 6.â€
A spokesman for St Helens said today: “We are aware of an incident. We are trying to get the full facts. Until then, we are making no further comment.â€
A spokesman for the Warrington Wolves said: “The club is making absolutely no comment.â€
