Jamie Thackray
Rumour is he is coming to Wigan ....
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Jamie Thackray
Could be true, he only signed with Hull FC for one season and I've not seen anything about him signing a new contract with them.
Not may favourite player I would prefer Carvell but I think Wigan will miss out on him.

Re: Jamie Thackray
Have been that busy with the other forum only just had time to post it sorry for the delay. He hasn't signed a new contract with Hull fc and he is being linked strongly with us. Were we not asking for him to be signed by us last season before he signed for Hull?MrDave wrote:Could be true, he only signed with Hull FC for one season and I've not seen anything about him signing a new contract with them.

Re: Jamie Thackray
would be a good signing but sorry is NOT an enforcer...
Re: Jamie Thackray
would strengthen are pack no doubt.. but when he signed for leeds he went off form massively!! if he plays like he did for hull before he moved would have him good to come on for feka! just bit like hock gives one too many penalty's away

He is 28 and is 6ft 1in, 101kgpedro wrote:Hes not so big though we would still have a lighweight pack
Gareth Carvell, who some are also "wishing" for is also 28 and 6ft 2in, 118kg - perhaps a little to overweight for Wigan's wanting? :doz: At 18st 7lb! - which I assume is close to Feka's weight?

The best form of defence is attack!!
