Ashley Klein, according to ITV1 ceefax page 444.
What does everyone think of this appointment?? I personally say it is well earned by his recent form.
Does this mean he has got Referee Of The Year as well??

Predictable... other than that I am totally indifferent to the news... hope the refereeing is crap, Saints get beat and feel really hard done by.
ref of the season will be whoever's turn it is.

I didn't know that it had to be somebody's "turn" to be Referee Of The Year, unless the rules have changed?!?!
I thought it was the best Referee throughout the whole year gpartin, that got the award, and not whose "turn" it is to get the award??? :conf: :conf: :conf:
If it IS based on whose "turn" it is, then Thaler maybe for Referee Of The Year???? Or Silverwood/Bentham??

I have no firm opinion on this matter as it doesn't really matter in the great scheme of things.

I think he will have a good game to be honest.
How do other people think he will manage???
Leeds fans on the RLFansite are saying what the heck is Thaler involved for being the VR at this level???
There are worse choices that could have been chosen as VR for Saturday's game in my opinion.
