Deleting PM's

cant seem to delete PM's. reckons im not authorised to do so.

any suggestions?

what with the trolls, i've a pretty full one now!

is there a way of deleting multiple PM's?

deleating 20 odd at a time is very time consuming

That's on my list of things to do. I've basically done no work today at all because of this troll thing, hope the boss doesn't find out...
