For new signings etc have a look on the rumour mill because at the moment it seems to boil down to rumours about when Amos Roberts will sign.
Players out from the 1st team: Barrett, Higham, Calderwood and Colbon.
Players in: Riddell (Higham's replacement at hooker) and possibly Roberts mentioned above ( Calderwood's, that well known Scot, replacement on the wing).

Re: New Recruit Here
Hi & welcome.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I'm a better fan than you
Because I don't "Boo"!!!
Yes I bloody know transfer fees do not count on the salary cap for those illiterates that need it explaining to them because they assume everyone is as thick as they are

Re: New Recruit Here
Well if we are talking about Scottish heritage my mother has a Scottish surname.
My Uncle on my Mums's side of the family traced it back but the funny thing is it is his wife (my Mum's sister) that had the Scottish heritage but he decided to try an learn the bag pipes! I am not kidding.
Apparently the family used to have some big pile of bricks up in Scotland but lost it when they ended up on the wrong side of the big clan wars.

My mum and dad lived in Glenrothes for two years after they got married in the 70's. My Uncle has a house in Dundee and my Sister in Law is from Blackford. Other than that I have no links to Scotland.. Surely I qualify for the national side?DaveO wrote:Well if we are talking about Scottish heritage my mother has a Scottish surname.
