Paramatta looking for a new No7
Following the release of Brett Finch, Paramatta are looking for a new half back. Any chance of Tim Smith going home?

Also, interesting that reports down in Australia are linking Finch with a move to Super League.
I know I'm probably adding 2 + 2 to get 5 but rumours have rumbled for a while that Smith wants to go home and now Finch has been granted a release from Parramatta (possibly for a move to Super League).

Re: Paramatta looking for a new No7
Not a chance of Anderson taking Tim Smith. I think Anderson is a real crack the whip type coach and gets rid of players unless they do what he wants. It is different in Aus too. The owner/Chief exec has far less power. The coach has far more say and they tend to back the coach. Recruitment is virtually all the coach. Here it has never been so.
Finch has already been released.
What will be interesting is to see if Anderson laves Saints alone or goes for some Saints players. History says he will sign some English/Saints players. He needs to because Parra are a club in a mess.
