I've just found a new story that says Ainscough could lose his arm because of the bone infection.
This is terrible news.
I'd just like to offer some reassurance though. One of my friends had a serious arm injury, and amputation was mentioed, however the doctors have many options before they have to do this. My friend was fine in the end and made a full recovery. Doctors have to tell you the worst, to cover themselves later.
I'd like to wish Jamie very good luck with his recovery.
