McIlorum To Salford

Heard today that he has been given the option to leave Wigan as the club are after another hooker for 2010 limiting McIlorums chances.

Salford want him to eventually replace Malcolm Alker who is getting on in years. Leeds and Hull KR also apparently keeping a close eye on young Mike.

I seriously hope that this isn't true but with Noble in charge it would not be a huge surprise.

Hopefully just a rumout or it will be yet another youngster with potential playing at another club from wigan

Would the other hooker be Terry Newton by chance as rumoured on here a few weeks back?????
Would rather stick with MM as he has got potential for the future if hes let go another Noble/IL cock up.

(seriously, would be a travesty if that happened, get rid of Riddell, promote Mickey Mac and have an U21 as second choice hooker with Lulu - if we dont sort out our half backs)

Would this be the swap deal to get Myler to Wigan.

Very sad if this happens. To me he is our first choice hooker now. Has made massive improvements this season, after being back in the reserves towards the end of last year.

Would be happy to see Myler in a Wigan kit, but surely we can come up with a better deal than that?

The club really has lost the plot if this happens.

Give away our first choice 9 (in the eyes of everyone except our hopefully soon-to-be-departed coach) and keep a guy that has massively failed to live up to the expectations of the fans would be lunacy.

There must be a better deal for Myler than this

If this happens it will prove one thing.The asylum is surely being run by the lunatics.Get rid of the Humpa Lumpa Riddell if some'ones got to go.
