User Logo Images Working!

Good news everyone.

The user logos are finally now working (I think).
I have added some stuff today to prevent large images
or corrupt files being uploaded.
If you upload an image that is wider than 128 pixels it will be scaled down to a maximum width of 128 pixels.
Tall images (taller than 128 pixels) are permitted, unless this becomes a problem, then I will put a check in to stop this also.

Hope this works for everyone. The mesage-board is already a brighter place.
